I love living here, BUT this year 2024, when my lease renew came up. My rent was raised $200.00. I live in senior apartments, on a fixed income, as does most seniors here. Had had to go back to work to cover this outrageous increase. Most seniors here are unable to work and are struggling just pay rent and buy food. (Which has gone up tremendously too. So other than that, like said. I love here.

I feel that the rent going up $200/mo was a bit drastic and then charging $55/ mo for washer/dryer that was included when moving in it was included. You are definitely pushing the limits for those of us living strictly on Social Security. It certainly has increased in proportion to your increase.

There is a sincere effort to maintain the community to the highest standards possible. But the property is 20 years old and that is the greatest challenge. But I am positive a way can be found to address all capital expenses.

This is a lovely community with friendly neighbors. The staff here is terrific, very responsive. The grounds are kept in great shape. Our apartment is great, just the perfect size for us, a retired couple with pet.

In my 3 years in this community, my rent has increased over $400 per month. Additionally, I was expected to pay an extra $55 to keep access to my very old, inefficient and often broken laundry machines. The pool is barely open, the fitness center is littered with broken equipment, the parking situation is a nightmare. I am unable to see why my living experience has increased 40%. I am paying significantly more and having a significantly worse experience in this community.

Country Cute!

I left the fast pace city to move here and I'm so happy! The property is pretty and clean. Most of the neighbors I've met are friendly. I see maintenance cleaning things up every day. I haven't had any maintenance issue but I'm being told they are quick to get things fixed. I am very happy here!

I'm very disappointed in the apartments in five years I been here the gym has been down and this year the pool has been closed must of the summer and I been looking at other apartments in the area and I see that for a hundred dollars more I can get a lot better apartment ?? and the parking is not good they say you have to have good tags and everything up to date that not true ???? no parking for a trailer for people that live here and I told I could park one here before the apartments was sold ??

I love it here. The apartment is just the right size, tons of storage space, the neighbors are great, and so are the maintenance and office staff. I am very happy with my decision to move here. The grounds and pool are also lovely and I feel very safe here.

At first it was the nicest complex in town. Now it's really become not very nice. The rent is always going up and the amenities are not there. The pool is never opened so why have it? The breeze ways are filthy and never get cleaned. It really feels like all they want is your money. For as much as we have to pay we deserve better. Top dollar for bottom quality.

Great Maintenance!

My mother lives here and she had a heat/AC issue. Maintenance was very quick to get to her apartment and fix her problem. It makes me feel good that the office staff and maintenance are there to help her with any issues!

Gorgeous Property

The property is well kept and the office staff is incredible helpful. I am looking for a new place for my mom and this looks like it would be a great fit. We are keeping Northridge at the top of the list!

This a quiet senior community in Culpeper, Va. My neighbors are friendly, and my community is secure. I really enjoy the beautiful landscape. I'm close to shopping, and this is very convenient. There is a shuttle that comes through my community several times a day, which is great for those that don't drive.

I have enjoyed living in this apartment for at least the last 8 years, I believe. It is quiet, always nice neighbors and work orders fulfilled very promptly. The office staff as well as the maintenance staff have been very helpful. I would like to continue to live in this apartment for some time to come.

The neighbors are pretty quiet and the complex is nicely kept. We enjoy the pool when the weather is nice. The staff is always very helpful if you need anything. The convenience to shopping is essential. I love it here ??

Nice little community

Staff was very helpful in explaining the lease and guidelines. They showed me around the property on our way to view a clean 2 bedroom apartment for myself and my daughter. Looking forward to moving in and participating in community events!

Nice neighborhood. My apartment is perfect. My neighbors are nice, though they don't seem to care where they throw their trash. Management has activities which is nice. Property maintained well. Only complaint is there are too many inspections, especially since I sleep until 11 AM and it seems it starts with my building. Satisfied and hope to stay a long time.

This community is just okay. The grounds are kept well and maintenance seems to be responsive to issues. There is NOT enough parking spaces. There are not enough guest spots either as I have had to have my disabled father park far away and usually all the way at the clubhouse. My son also runs into the same problem when visiting. He even has had to park streets away, off of Belle Avenue. Its a huge inconvenience. Also need more dumpsters.

Below average - facilities are in disarray, repairs are not completed in timely manner if at all, incorrect fees and inconvenient payment management by property management, limited parking. Seems like property management is finding ways to tack on fees w/o updating and improving grounds or quality of service

I have needed maintenance on my bathrooms bedrooms and, kitchen for almost 3 years and have had nothing done to fix it. Rent is being raised and none of my appliances work! The bugs are out of control

Noise is at a level you would expect in any similar complex. We were all children once. Resident littering is rampant. Dumpsters are often at max capacity with residents leaving trash on the ground. Resident pets leave the lawn well-fertilized. Staff is friendly but not always efficient.

Well this is the senior side and it was real quiet and nice and I like the place but now things are different it's a lot of things going on that don't need to be on the seat beside like young people riding their bicycles on this side where they have the other side to ride and play and everything but other than that I like to see inside very much
