Thank you so much for your review. It's very rewarding to hear that you are enjoying your time with us. To our knowledge, our trash chutes have had very minimal issues and repairs were fixed for them immediately. If there are any trash chutes that continue to give you issues in the future, please let us know. We also apologize that our fire alarms have disturbed you from time to time in the past. Each year, we are required by the fire department to test the fire alarms in our building for safety purposes. Our staff has done our best to communicate with our residents when we have to complete our annual fire alarm testing, to help them prepare for the day. Please contact our office at your earliest convenience to discuss your concerns specifically with us and to notify us directly if this occurs in the future.
