Your pets will like it. High School cuties within reach.
My roommate and I shared a 2 bedroom, 2nd floor unit and had our share of probs. The parking enforcers are a -----, and I had to head to the impound lot on more than one occasion (the last time happened during my last month at the apt, so I deducted the $ from the check and split!). The walls were thin and there is ZERO storage. Ancient buildings, washing machines built by hand in the 14th century, stinky pipes, and paper thin walls. I LOVED waking up to my neighbor urinating! We had a couple of roaches, but after a couple of exterminator visits we never saw them again.

There is a high school next door so there is a track, tennis courts, and b-ball courts that I made use of. Very handy. Plus, lots of 18 year old cuties to invite over for weekend prayer meetings! *wink*

As far as commutes go, it is about 1/3 mile from 495. Any other place you are going to have to get there via Leesburg Pike.

The dog loved to run out back by the woods. If you are lucky enough to have a rear facing unit, you will have a nice view of the woods behind you and a minimum of noise. Essentially, you get what you pay for. These apartments sorta suck monkey-butt, but for around $1000 a month, you aint gonna get Trump Towers. I would advise trying some other place that wasn't built by the Pilgrims.Share This Review
