Don't make same mistake I did
The place is situated in a nice area that is convenient to Tysons Corner. It's off the road and there are trees on the property etc etc. There is a 30 day guarantee but once you have spent the time moving in and setting up moving all over again is both expensive and time-consuming...that and I hate moving is why I stayed. A big mistake. What are the issues - Well, noise carries easily between floors...really annoying when the baby downstairs starts crying at three in the morning, any music or movie is watched etc etc. Vibration carries from apartments on the same floor. When my neighbors walk around my floor shakes. Not so annoying but also speaks to the poor quality of the apartments themsleves. Poor water pressure, insects getting into the apartment, horrible parking such that one has to pay for a reserved spot or risk parking buildings away...the list goes on and on. Being able to have a dog there is a nice perk, but not for those who do not have one...the noise from barking carries straight through into apartments on the same floor. You will be enticed with nice specials to move in, don't be lulled. Once there management does not look out for you and in this economy you can do far far better for your money.Share This Review
