Unit features need upgrades so they can at least somewhat hang with the modernization of Tyson's Corner. Some neighbors don't respect quiet hours, playing loud music. Location is convenient, but it'd be nice if we were able to cut through the bank's parking lot so we could make left turns easier. Wish there was more parking. Positive: the stairwells are cleaned everyday.

Don't take the 95% rating too seriously. All these 'verified resident' reviews are from an annual survey the apartment complex does where they tell residents to write a review for a chance to win $500. So residents write reviews and are swayed to write positive things in hopes of winning the money. Funny thing is the winner of the money is never announced, so who knows if anyone actually wins. The complex then posts a few reviews every couple of weeks to this site, making it look like people have positive things to say about the place year-round.
