Bed Bugs!!!
I paid rent in Devonshire Square for two months, but only spent five nights there. The management were nice and helpful and the apartment looked great, but was completely invested with bed bugs. My roommate and I discovered that bed bugs are a relatively frequent problem there. The management assured us that the heat treatments they usually do work, but they did not work for us. We lost thousands of dollars, and the corporate office, A. J. Dwoskin was very rude and completely ignored our requests to meet and be refunded for the rent we paid. Again, the management and staff at Devonshire Square were great, but the corporate office has the real authority, and they were terrible. Dozens of painful bed bug bites and losing most of our furniture and belongings was what we got from our time at Devonshire.
