I love my apartment. It's on the second floor of one of the apartment buildings. Everything was in great condition when I moved in. The walls/floors seem a bit thin sometimes, as I can frequently hear the booming bass from the speakers of the neighbors below me. The neighborhood is generally quiet, and at most any time of day you'll see residents outside walking their dogs. It's safe and friendly. Residents seem to be mostly young professionals, and there are some families with young children. The parking situation is good. I never have trouble finding a spot in my part of the community; however, I have noticed a lot of high school students (from George C. Marshall High School just across the road) parking in the Tysons Glen lot. Parking is open, no permit required, and guests do not need a permit either. You can opt to pay for a reserved space, but the ~$30 per month fee seems unnecessary.
Maintenance requests are filled quickly and by respectful staff. The folks at the leasing office are always helpful and responsive. When I complained about construction going on outside very early in the morning, the property manager was apologetic and followed up with the construction company quickly to ensure the issue wouldn't happen again.
