I've really enjoyed this community so far, but what really prompted me to write this review was the experiences I've had with the staff when there have been problems. I've owned and rented for awhile, and things do go wrong sometimes - but HOW the staff responds to these issues is important. On move-in day, my couch wouldn't fit through the front door and my wife was really upset. Joshua, the property manager came over and offered us anything he could think of to help the situation - even storing the couch until we could figure something out. Next, we had an electrical problem where some of our outlets weren't working, even though a tester showed they were OK. Within minutes (on the day after Christmas no less!) we had a senior maintenance person out and our outlets were fixed. Finally, we recently had a big snow storm here, and a car in front of us was having a tough time getting out of the parking lot. The maintenance staff was out in the cold and snow helping the driver get some traction. In all the time I've been renting, I've never seen such a responsive staff.
