We have been residents of Tysons for two years and jumped over to Devonshire this year for more space. Both locations are comparable. Devonshire is slightly newer and has concrete between the floors so it is nice a quiet. Tysons is a bit more dated so if you are on the ground floor you do hear neighbors upstairs, and the windows are quite drafty. On the plus, maintenance has been doing a block of units each year to improve the insulation. My fiance uses the shuttle to get to the metro and absolutely loves it. The property as a whole is well maintained year round. There are two gyms and dog parks (one at each community). Recent updated BBQ/picnic areas are quite cozy. The price is good for what you get, especially because of the location. Overall we have had few bad experiences. Only issue we have had is with their online auto pay...sometimes that can be glitchy, but if you catch it and call the leasing office they fix and reassure you that you are okay ASAP. Again, they are working hard and fast to correct it.
