My wife and I moved into Tyson's Glen in April of this year after we got married. We loved it until around 3 months in, at which point the condo above us had a major leak from the toilet hose which caused water to leak from multiple points in our bathroom and hallway ceiling, drenching our hallway carpets. Although our personal items were for the most part okay, the leak was going for almost an hour and caused such damage that it took four full days to repair our ceilings, baseboards, etc. After all of this we were "offered" a $25 gift card, after I argued that our electrical bill was higher than normal for that month (which probably didn't even cover the full difference). They did provide a full condo cleaning, which was appreciated. We were never told why the leak occurred other than that it wasn't negligence on behalf of management. We hope this is the last issue we will have as tenants because we love the condo and community otherwise.
