The community is beautiful peaceful and quiet everyone is kind and respectful, there is lots of space for parking ,the kids always having fun and the pets have their space I highly recommend this community to my friends and family

So far (I've been here a month now) has been pretty solid. The apartment itself is good, with some slight imperfections that can be overlooked. So far, so good! One downside are the floors. Very thin.

It's very quiet lots of privacy perfect for one person I have everything I need with a shopping center right down the road there's shopping places to eat perfect for my little dog and the rent price is reasonable

Good so far even though I've only even moved in for a few days. The neighborhood seems quiet enough and people seem friendly. A little worried about being out early in the morning for work however. Idk

the new management took a long time for me to get used to but they seem to be doing ok. Some things i worry about like no fence wish they'd bring that back but otherwise ok. ddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd

I am really happy at this apartment complex I chose. Everyone I have run across is so nice, including the entire staff. I also love the location of the complex. I can walk to 2 shopping centers for groceries and other things like restaurants etc.

I like this apparment complex. Very nice and quiet. Close to shopping plaza. The complex pool is beautiful. Office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly. If you have plan to move I would recommend this the good place to your next moov.

Very good community with friendly residents. Maintenance staff are very friendly. Happy to stay here but it is quite a distance from middle school. Parking fees and garbage fees are included in future rent.

I recently moved in, coming from overseas and Janya has been amazing to work with. The apartment is great, neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible to everything. Best part I’m in Tyson’s and the price is phenomenal!

This has been a great community to live in. The maintenance has been awesome and it's a fairly quiet area. I can only recall seeing the police 2 or 3 times since living here and only 1 time was it something serious beyond that it seemed like simple checkups!

everything so far has been 90 percent. i have lived in Falls Church. Va for 50 plus years and love it. Tyson's View since Dec. Lots of wonderful Restaurants and shopping. Tysons 10 minutes away. Love Va.!!!

The community is generally fine. The building I live on is quiet. The community is kept clean and maintained. But they charge unreasonable amount of money for services like storage, lock out fee, etc.

Great maintenance team always available for when things stop working properly. Probably the only serious complaint I have is when I try to call the leasing office you go through a touch tone system which is very not helpful sometimes.

If it was a star rating, I would give it a 3/5. Its not perfect but it is in a good location near a lot of restaurants, places for groceries, and Tysons Mall is about 10 mins away which is nice if you like to go to the mall. 495 and 66 are like 5 mins away.

Quiet community. Great office and staff. Whom take care of your issues promptly. There's not much complaint, besides having more amenities. Such as an club house for the community to host events. Possible set one up for reservations only.
