Don’t Believe the Fake Reviews! Run! Horrible Apartments
Pros: None! Cons: Roaches, thugs, run down apartments, gates that are usually broken and anyone can drive through behind you, too much section 8, drug smokers who smoke in the fire pit area, the pool area, the gym, and in the stairwells, attempted break ins! The rent is not worth the headache you will have living here.Manager

Run! Don’t let the fake reviews fool you!
Leasing office will get upset when you complain about the gate that’s been broken a whole year, constant weed smoking throughout the property, criminals who roam the property, and attempted car break ins. They want the criminals to stay so they can get the rent anyway they can.Manager

Illegal Actibity and Pest Infestation in Bldgs 9405 & 9407
Pest infestation in bldgs 9405 & 9407 and illegal activity on the property! Rent is too high to keep complaining about illegal activity and to deal with pest infestation that maintenance sprays for wvery Friday but won’t tell you what the infestation is.Manager
