Terrible place to live. People who live here have no respect for their neighbors especially when the apartments are built so cheap and major sound problems. I read a review on here stating that people complain about the noise. You can tell which ones are running through the house and which ones are on higher floors. Plain simple most people here do realize the sound issue so they don&apos;t care about trying to be quiet. No peace when you live here! Yo cant even sit on your porch without smelling dog crap, people smoking, people being loud, landscapers that could care less that vehicle are getting covered in anything on the ground including dog mess. Don&apos;t move here its horrible!

Although visually appealing they do not take care of the grounds, so much so they didn&apos;t salt during snow and freezing rains. I slipped on what appeared to be a cleared out path and tore my meniscus and MCL with two knee avulsions and their stance &quot;you signed that were not responsible when you moved in&quot; as I am still in physical therapy. Then my work relocated me to another state and instead of working with me they slap me with over $7,000 in fees and miscellaneous clean up charges to teach me a lesson. They did the exact same thing to a co-worker that moved out last month. I&apos;ve lived in luxury condos and apartment homes for over twelve years and never lived the nightmare I&apos;m living with this place. RENTERS BEWARE! They&apos;ll have you sign so much paperwork and your excited to move in that until you realize it you just signed your rights away and permission for them to bully you into owing large sums of money!

The location of the community is perfect, the amenities are excellent (although now for the covid-19 some cannot be used) the parking lots and surroundings are always clean, the gardens are beautiful. All employees in this community are very respectful and very professional. We will miss you guys.

I chose Station Square because of the location to work, stores, restaurants, dry cleaners and car wash and Spotsylvania. I like that we are in Spotsylvania County and Sheriff support verses Fredericksburg. My spay is modern and quiet with a large screened in porch.Neighbors are very friendly and helpful!

Great place to live, location is awesome too! Feel safe & comfortable for you and your whole family. Great home for pet lovers & the gym is spot on. Most beautiful pool & I have that view year around from my balcony

It's a lovely community and one that I feel very safe in. Their communications are on target and not overly excessive. Their periodic community events are a welcome diversion to the mundane. I think the only thing I would like to have seen extended is the pool season, combined with an end of season BBQ.
