However, this apt. forces a lot of people to replace their carpet for almost $700 whether it's needed or not. Also, if you leave a paper towel on your counter by accident when you move out or you forget a drawer of stuff, count on another $149 because they have to remove your stuff. Pets are allowed at $500/pet; however, you will count over 25 piles of crap around the sidewalks near the apartments. So, plan on that. People don't pick up the crap even though there is a $100 fee if they are ever caught. The noise level is very high in these apartments due to poor construction. We had a psycho neighbor who violently thrust something into his ceiling/our floor continuously because he could hear us. Well, guess what? We could hear everybody and everything because there is no soundproofing. These neighbors below even called the sheriff on us for walking on our floor. We felt like prisoners in our home that we were paying $1,380/mo. for. Also, a field to the right side of the property has a lot of drug activity. I found used needles with the needle hanging out where dogs and children go to play. Also, found empty Vicodin bottles. Lots of cars hang out in that back cul-de-sac. When we moved, sheriffs had to start monitoring the area. Don't believe any verbal instructions from the property management people because it will not be honored. Money is the only thing fueling MAAC not customer service. You are not important.
