I would not recommend this to anyone. The management is extremely rude. No one is on the same page and incorrect information is being given to the residents. We recently bought a house and when we notified the apartment management we would be moving, we were told we would be able to clean the carpets ourselves. Upon another meaning with the manager of the complex she informed us in a rude manner that was incorrect and we would need to pay to have it done. The apartment complex also has a community theatre room, which I had been using since the spring of 2014. There are no hours marked on it and I had never had a problem of watching a show from 10-11pm. However, with my last encounter a man with a dog walked into the room and informed I needed to leave due to it being after hours. He was not polite about. He did not inform me or who he was or if he worked for the apartments. That to me is odd and not professional. While in the process of moving out we opted to clean the apartment ourselves. We did not want to pay the $150 to have them clean it. When we went to turn in the paperwork and keys, they informed us they had no one to do a walk through with us but it would be okay. There was nothing to be worried about. NEVER LEAVE THIS APARTMENT WITHOUT A WALK THOUGHT. It will come back to hurt you. We received letter explaining to use that the carpet needed to be replace and that they charged us for a odor removal. Now mind you we paid $75 dollars to have it professionally cleaned, but there is not proof to prove that. My boyfriend and I are very clean people and there was no smell in there other then a clean lemony scent for the cleaning products.We read a few other various reviews which included the comments that if you do not do a walk through they will screw you over. This very well happened to us. This is the worst experience we have had and would not recommend it for anyone.
