WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED AT. PPL DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON AN ALMOST CRIMINAL HIGH RENT. The windows aren't ceiled right so that you got cold air coming in which means you are heating for non sense. That wouldn't be THAT big of a problem if you wouldn't pay the electricity or buy yourself a heater, which will bring up another problem. The electricity in some rooms will frequently turn off which will make you freeze to death at night when your heater stops working. This place is anything but luxurious. Why would they build vents on the ceiling when heat actually rises to the top? So they will tell you to turn your fans on to bring the warm air down which is straight BS since you have to pay the electricity for that crap to. Because people aren't allowed to smoke on their balcony they are forced to smoke right outside the property which means you've got cigarette buds all over the place. Same with dog ----.
