Stay away! All that glitters is not gold. Let’s start by the gates are always broken and are always opened. So don’t be sold on the gated community aspect. In fact one of the days the gates were open my car was broken into. And guess what the next day they were closed. People are too lazy to take out their trash so they leave it outside their door and it smells. Even after emails are sent. Management does not care. I put in a work order for my closet. It took them 3 weeks to fix it. I called the office several times only to find out they closed the order without even fixing it because they have a closure ratio they have to maintain. I put in a work order to have the overspray to be removed from the floor and sink in the guest bathroom. They never fixed it. The office never answers the phone unless your a potential resident. I had to call five times before anyone picked up. Move out charges are ridiculous. Who else makes their tenants clean the carpet before they leave. This is so they don’t have too. Neighbors don’t pick up ther dog crap and let their dogs loose on a leash. They charged me to replace an entire microwave because the lower handle snapped. “It was brand new when I moved in” so I guess living there for two years the handle could never break. The trash compactor is always full. Don’t move here u less you want to live in a place where the staff could give 2 cents about you.
