This has been the worst place I've ever lived!!! I had a problem with my shower not working properly. I had to call management about 4 or 5 times and had to wait about 4 months before they actually came out to fix it. That lasted about a month and it went down again finally they claim a plumber was coming soooo after the plumber left th dishwasher stop working and they had to come out again. They don't clean the parking lots properly when it snows. I fell on ice and the management acted like they didn't care. They stated that they aren't responsible . All these people care about is taking your money! The move out fees are ridiculous they want every professionally clean when they don't take care of their tenants. They are a rip off. I always wondered why neighbors would move in the middle of the night! The office staff changes so much it's always new faces. The gates are always open but they claim to be gated. The only positive thing I can say is the pool area is nice. This would be a nice community if management knew how to manage and run a business!
