It has been good. It is a clean neighborhood. I like the food trucks. Beautiful pool. Close to shopping centers. Easy to find on the map. Close to 95 and route 1. Would recommend to new tenants. All staff is nice and helpful.

I don't like that I have to prove or wait with my AC being broken. We don't get a break from this weather or the rent but have to wait for someone to believe it's broken. Still not fixed and hot, three weeks with a new born.
