Decent sized apartments. Nice layout. You don't hear any noise from the neighbors due to the thickness of the walls. To test this, I turned my music up fairly loud once then knocked to ask my neighbor if they could hear it & they said no.
I however absolutely hate the washing machines. They're these cheap GE "high efficiency" washers that don't get your clothes clean unless you put like two or three items in at a time. The irony in this is, you wind up using more water having to divide out the loads or wash things twice than you would with a machine with a standard agitator that mixes the clothes together.
All-in-all I like it here. It's quiet in my building, my neighbors are cool, there's PLENTY of parking & the location is very suitable for shopping at Costner's Corner close by. Literally within walking distance. Took me 20 mins to walk from my apartment to Target. Driving would take you 5.
