I've only been here about two weeks, but so far so good. The apartments are quiet. The appliances are older and basic (especially the refrigerator), but they get the job done. I would have preferred a better stove over granite, but not everyone feels that way. For my floor plan, the master bedroom layout is awkward. Overall, closet and storage space are good, kitchen storage is good and counter space is good. They are a little dark (cabinets, etc) for my taste, but I'm renting, so nothing I can do about that. The grounds appear to be well maintained. A previous poster mentioned noise from motorcycles. I think this and other noise comes from the Sheetz gas station close by. So, yes, you do hear road noise, but not you neighbors. I'm on the third floor, so maybe my neighbors hear me, but so far, I've not heard tvs, radios, talking, etc, and this is a big thing for me. Parking is not ample, but I've not yet not found a spot. I get in a little after 6:00 and spots near my apartment are almost all gone, but there are some. Office staff is friendly, if maybe a little aloof, however, they are respectful and try to be helpful. I rented from a distance and Brittany was super helpful with a virtual tour. The unit has good space and the screened porch is a nice size, along with the storage closet off of the balcony. The apartment I did rent pretty much was the same as the video. I've had a couple of maintenance requests and they were handled promptly and the two guys were awesome.
