The complex is fairly quiet and the office tries its best to host little events while still staying within COVID guidelines. Safety and maintenance concerns are taken care of in a timely manner, and the maintenance staff is friendly and respectful. Staff appears concerned and does what they can to improve the community.

The staff is very responsive. That was one of the main selling points for this apartment complex. Brittany was available for questions and called frequently to answer any further questions and provide information about the complex. The unit had a window that would not close all the way and smelled of smoke, and maintenance came to fix all of these things in a very timely manner.
