I have gotten very likely living here and especially in my building. The maintenance and how the grounds are kept are immaculate. The ungrounded that have occurred since I lived here hVe been right on trend. The only issue is of course the rent hike that recently occured . place, clean, positively peaceful, and great neighbors and community

Many upgrades, extremely clean and quite. MAINTENANCE STAFF VERY NICE, friendly non noisy neighbors, spacious , love the screen in porch, only issue is the food vent is through the microwave...WISH THE VENT GOES OUTDOORS ONSTEAD
