It's a mixed bag. Apartments are decent, albeit expensive. Maintenance has been pretty good, except how an incident with a water leak was handled. Office management can be rude and laughed at me one time when trying to speed up the repair of the water leak. I'll be moving as soon as my son is done with school.

All of the staff that I've dealt with have been very friendly and the community seems to be managed and maintained well. Repair requests are resolved quickly. The apartments are large and have a nice layout with nice amenities like a screened in patio. My biggest issue is that the apartments have floating vinyl plank flooring, and the planks have gaps at the ends which is a common issue with floating floors. It's not a huge issue though and I still love the apartment. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment community.
