It's a lovely community and one that I feel very safe in. Their communications are on target and not overly excessive. Their periodic community events are a welcome diversion to the mundane. I think the only thing I would like to have seen extended is the pool season, combined with an end of season BBQ.

Placing a maintenance request online was easy and documented my request. I gave them permission to enter my apartment in my absence as I was in between moving into the apartment and out of my house that I was selling. They quickly repaired the leak and cleaned up after themselves. The only concern I had with the process is that the work request does not appear to document when they entered my apartment and what they found the problem to be, just that the work was completed. I have no concerns that they would do anything wrong while in my apartment, all the staff at Cosner's Corner seem to be very professional and friendly. If they could attach a notation to the work request that indicates what date and time they enter the apartment and what their findings are/work performed, I think everyone that lives in the community would find that to be beneficial.
