Community is a comfortable and mostly quiet place to live. We feel safe and happy here. Management is very responsive. Convenient to local shopping and restaurants. Parking is not a problem for residents but challenging for visitors coming after office is closed (no pass).

I love my apartment. Staff & maintenance are professional and friendly. This complex is very secure, grocery store in within walking distance, the lounge area great with coffee provided, and the pool wonderful. Trash can be put right outside your door for pickup. Tenants are always friendly. I definitely have recommended this place to my friends and some have moved in as well.

So far it's been a great experience. I have only been here for a little over a Week but from what I have experienced I am very pleased. I have used some of the amenities such as the gym which is very well equipped. The neighbors seem friendly enough. Front office staff and maintenance have been great.

The service in the apartment is quite satisfactory. The staff are friendly. The location of the apartment is good. However there should be flexibility in move out as there are lot of people who might have to move out before lease term because of unavoidable circumstances. So instead of charging straight 4 months rent and a stringent 60 days notice there should be flexibility as there are lot of families from across the world staying in the community

This is a wonderful community with management that cares. Since I've lived here, there have been multiple improvements to the amenities as well as additional services added. They are quick when responding to requests and host events for the residents here that have shocked me by how fantastic they are! We've had an omelet day with a professional setup, a pasta day with a raffle, and so many other fun things provided for us. It's really been wonderful!

The Point at Monroe Place is a pleasant, secure and quiet place to live with amenities equal to some nice hotels. The rent is competitive with any of the rentals in this area and the security aspects of the complex are comforting in this densely populated area. The staff are attentive and friendly. We like it here.

The community has declined over the years, the new apartments near by will give you more for your buck. New tenants will get to move into renovated apartments, but current tenants gets the rent annual rent increase without any updating.

Very nice location. With all of stores downstairs like shushi, pizza, Mexicain, Indian, Kabobs. Apartment with gyms room and swimming pools in summer. Amenities like coffee machine by Peets coffee. Mail room and Hub room for packages very convenient.

Our tour and move in was easy. Have only been here about a week but other than hearing some noise from our upstairs neighbor we are very happy here. Love being able to walk to a grocery store, there are only a few restaurants left in the shopping center but it's nice to have those as well.

Quiet, clean & no complaints. Quick response to any matinence required. Safe parking garage and need key fobs to enter or leave our building. Great that Harris Teeter is connected to the building. Several eateries, we have a gym & hair salon as well.

Great communication between the administration and residents. Quick response time for service requests. They keep up with repairs and cleanliness of the building. We are always informed if there will be a delay in repairs of an elevator, garage door, etc...and what date the repair is expected to be completed.

Service and attention in this community is amazing. I really think the staff members truly cares and takes pride in all the small details that goes into living here. The biggest drawback I would say is this community overall and some units does not get natural sunlight. I think it's the design of the architecture which causes this. But honestly if your looking for a place to live to call home and knowing that if something goes wrong in the unit you are well taken care of Monroe is a great choice. This place is usually always occupied so you can see the turn around time is very short. Most people are happy residence :)

So far the experience has been great. It's a quiet spot and the neighbors are respectful. I enjoy the convenience of walking to Harris teeter, and the building overall is new and modern, which is a great plus.
