I came in to ask questions about the apartments and possibly apply for a rental. Brittany answered all my questions as well as showed me around the property. I will be coming back for the application soon to hopefully move in. Excellent communication and eagerness to help someone find a place to call home.

It's an ok place to live. Its pretty quiet for the most part. I wish they had cameras by the dumpsters because people who dont live here fill them up all the time. I also hate that I have to move in order to get my apartment upgraded.

My experience has been pleasant so far. The rental office and maintenance crew have been very attentive to any concerns I have had. My unit was nice and clean when I moved in. I'm excited to see have this year of my lease goes.

I stopped for an apartment tour and I just loved these ladies, they were welcoming and just beautiful souls. We will certainly be back soon to apply. Steph and Michelle are full of information. The flowers out front were beautiful and property looked very clean.

Love my apartment

I love my new apartment and I ended up with the newer kitchen which I can’t wait to cook in. Brittany helped me with my application and move-in and the office and maintenance are always so nice. So glad I get to call Hodges Manor my home!

It's very peaceful in my building and surrounding areas. I appreciate the peace . Whenever I do have an issue the staff is on time and the issue is resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Rent is reasonable. Grounds are well kept. Landscaping is on a constant basis. I feel safe in the area where I reside

Looking for a three bedroom, none available but Stephanie was wonderful, she is amazing friendly and had lots of iinformation about the area and other places to check out! The property looked clean and picked up.

Russ and Steph

I just recently moved in and I was given excellent customer service. Steph in the office and Russ from maintenance are wonderful. Steph is happy to help and makes me feel I am so important when I call. Russ responded so quickly to my request and is a so nice to talk to as he fixed my minor issues. We are so happy we found this apartment when downsizing our lifestyle.

5 years here

I have lived here for five years. The office staff and maintenance help with everything we need. If you need extra help with technology Stephanie in the office is very patient and explains it as many times as needed.

Hodges Manor has been good to me . I haven't had a problem . The only problem I have is the hallway has a horrible smell everyday. Then staff at Hodges Manor are great. I wish I can get my walls painted because being it's flat paint they get dirty easily. I would love to have a black stove to match my refrigerator . I have been happy here. Love my neighbors I love my building .

The community is fairly quiet and neighbors are nice. Office staff are very professional. Mainataince is starting to slack due to staff shortage. I am not happy about the Big cock roaches in the apartments and the dog feces that are left in the grass. Someone has already come to spray for the roaches but I'm still seeing them. I feel I am paying too much a month to have roaches in my apt.

The staff is friendly, majority of residents as well; however , I have had issues with the cleanliness and upkeep of my buildings common area. Not to mention someone keeps damaging my ring camera and mailbox. In addition, the cleanliness of the trash can and leading up to is horrible. I know it's not the landlords fault and it falls on the residents just unfortunate because this is one of the few places I can afford as a single mom but dont even feel comfortable staying here nor having company.

Hodges Manor Apartments has the potential to be a reputable community. However, there is an exchange of affordability for safety. While the outside is maintained, the apartment doors are damaged & need painted. Parking should be assigned & only for cars registered to the residents. Cameras and motion lights would deter some of the crime. The apartments need modern amenities (dishwashers, stoves, washer/dryer hookup, screens in all the windows, windows that stay open). The mailboxes and cars are broken into almost daily. Lastly, the pool is never open during the summer.

The office staff are very appreciative The maintenance staff are excellent The tenants are another story they play loud music and throw trash and smoke weed and I work for sheriffs department and the smell of weed is in my apartment

As soon as I moved in there was a roach problem pest control came in and the problem went away. My apartment shakes at times most likely due to the annoyingly loud lumber company right behind the building, even all times during the night. No outlets in the bathroom is a pain, other than that everything else is okay.

I've lived here for 4 years. I really enjoy coming to a really quiet home after a long day of work. My neighbors are really nice. I have not had any issues in my apartment. My hot water tank went out and it was handled promptly and quickly.
