NOT as bad as these people say

I've lived in Ashley Park for the past year and I can identify with some of the complaints people have written but overall it's not that bad around here. I will agree that Joy, the property manager, is fake, unpersonal, and generally unpleasant. However, Darcy, who also works in the office, is always smiling, friendly, helpful, and never seems agitated if I need to pick up a package. Christy is also friendly. The trash problem seems to be because people don't hit the button on the compactor to start it. My neighbors are all very friendly and for the most part very quiet. I read where someone had a complaint about the fountain in the pond. I think they put that there to control algae. It's more an aerator than a fountain. I did have problems with maintenance at first but that was a different maintenance man. He never seemed to know too much about anything he was doing and came out three times unsuccessfully to fix the same problem before an outside contractor was finally called. The new maintenance guys are much better. Overall it's not a bad place to live. I've been here about a year and had maybe a week's worth of problems. One out of 52 aint bad
