My experience at Ashley park before the change of company was great however since the change communication has been poor staff fails to send letters out regarding important things such as water being turned off because of the city of richmo

I have lived at Ashley Park Apartments for almost three years and I have enjoyed my experience here but I think it is time for me to move. The new property manager is very RUDE and snappy. I attempted to converse with her about a fee in which I was charged and she just brushed me off. When the previous property manager Buffy was here she was very nice and helpful. Since the new changes of management I have noticed several problems PROBLEM 1 we residents have not been sent an email or news letter justifying the reason why he can not place the trash inside of the dumpster instead we are forced to pile our trash in front of the dumpster which does not look inviting PRBOBLEM 2 We residents were informed that the leasing office will be closed on Sundays the week of thanksgiving permitting us to pay our rent on line or before Sunday which is fine but when the system we have to use to make payments are down it is not fair that we are charged a late fee. Where is the consideration PROBLEM 3 I HAVE never rented an apartment before where when you renew your lease it goes UP each TIME. I know on my upcoming lease renewal my rent will go up again so unfortunately I will have to relocate. The pros of living at Ashley Park is that it is located close to the major highways, banks and shopping. It is also very quiet here which is a plus and I feel safe.
