They are just horrible with answering the phones, my suggestion would be to either hire additional staff members or designate a position specifically for answering the phones (its that bad!). Rent was quoted for a one bedroom at 646 my rent is usually $744 for a one bedroom one bathroom which is just outrageous to me granted water sewer and trash is included and I have a washer and dryer in my unit but I was previously in a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom near short pump which was roughly around the same price so it is a bit extreme to me. Not to mention the numerous calls to maintenance with the "smoker" neighbor next door smells seeping into my apartment granted its an apartment you cant control your neighbors but for the leasing agent to say "our previous resident had the same issue" then extra measures should have been set in place prior to setting up a new resident in the same complaining area,(recommend asking about previous complaints prior to moving in a unit) and the neighbor above who has hard wood floors (recommend asking about that too) that creak 2:00 4:00 in the morning when I have to get up at 7 is another inconvenience a house will be a sooner option more so than I thought.
