Lived here for about 4-5 years with no complaints other than building rarely being power washed and spiders webs on steps and walls on the outside. Other than that they were great up until a few months before we moved out and this is the reason we decided not to resign the lease. Flooring is very thin so if u live above someone make sure you're tip toeing and expect to hear every stomp, bed rock from sex etc. from person above you. Never received a complaint the entire time we lived here until someone moved under us and complained about our 4 YEAR OLD making noise, mind you she's the only child, lived here since she was born and we work during the day so at night when we're home she plays like a CHILD is supposed to. This led to the manger coming to look at the flooring to realize the carpet needed to be pulled and the floor needed to be redone because the ppl under us could hear "every step we took". Ultimately this was supposed to be done in one day, it turned out to be a 2 day process in which we had to stay with a relative overnight and wasn't informed any of this until we told the rental office we couldn't stay there with cement in the middle of the hall needing to dry overnight. We've watched maintenance workers come and go and also the best person working in the rental office (-----) apparently left also. Maintenance always works in a timely manner, ----------- (works in the office) seems like she's impatient and rushes you off the phone when you call AFTER calling several times back to back until someone answers and ------ (office manager) is extremely rude and unprofessional! Couldn't pay me to move back here! Rent also fluctuates every month and is NEVER the same price. Maintenance workers and appearance of the property when you 1st pull in is the best thing about this complex!
