Way overpriced. We came from another state and feel like we got scammed. Their site said luxury living, but it's not at all. The outside is nice, but the inside looks like a section 8 place. Their contractor messed up so much that I don't think they knew what a level, measuring tape, or paint tape were. Water is about $100 per month, no matter how much you use. Their AC and heating units are awful and will run your electric bill way up while leaving you still hot or cold. I sweat at home during the day with the AC running non-stop. There's also a huge temperature difference between rooms. The place is infested with spiders and other bugs. Lots of bees and wasps around, too. The staff is prone to blaming the residents for this, but it's the place. They're in the walls. Go live elsewhere. We hate it here. At best, this place is an overpriced waste of money.
