I have not been able to live in my apartment as of yet, and therefore can not form an opinion as of yet. The office staff however, has been responsive and helpful with all my needs so far. I was told my particular apartment, which I was unable to be shown when I inquired about the complex, had a fireplace. I received my keys and walked in..and as I am moving things in I am still searching for the fireplace...Comcast has the apartment also as "unserviceable" due to the past lease holder and therefore I cannot move in until this is resolved. I work 65+++ hours a week and am a Bachelor's program online; I absolutely cannot be somewhere that does not have internet nor do I have the time to fight/go to Comcast to prove I am a new renter and then continue to have to wait to have the hold release and then return to Comcast to pick up cable boxes and wait for them to come and set up internet. I have already been working with Comcast for several days on this. Internet is not offered by the complex as part of the lease, also very unfortunate, but hopefully the apartment staff will be able to get the hold released by Comcast very soon so I can actually move in. Everyone, both staff and neighbors in my building, I have seen in passing while I am moving things in has seemed friendly thus far.
