It's a nice new community that needs to be cleaned up already from those that live get that have no home training. They are bringing the ghettoness or a bad look to the community already. The management needs to really crack down on those that live here that don't take pride in where they live.

I was looking for a two-bedroom apartment that I could afford on a small budget. I was very happy to find this community. So far I am very satisfied with my move here. Maintenance is helpful. The front office staff is great. And I like my neighbors.

Apartments are very nice and spacious! If you don't like living under people with kids don't move here! Parking is great convenience is great! Communication isn't the greatest from office staff ! If you stay to yourself it's great here!

Overall, my experience at this community has been positive. The property is generally well maintained, and management is responsive when issues are reported. The location is convenient to shopping and major roads, and the neighborhood feels relatively quiet and safe. While there are areas that could improve, such as response times during peak periods, I believe this community offers good value for the price and would be worth considering for future renters.

So far, so good. I'm just waiting to see how the dust settle. Staff is great. Love the gym. Elevator keeps breaking though and there's only one in each building and the stairs are very far away from my apartment. Other than that, it feels good to be home.

Excellent 10x10 everything was good from thr staff to the units I love thr model everything is brand new and everything was super easy access to my apartment and the space inside the apartment. Nice parking and so much space. Haven't had any problems yet and everything seems to work fine inside the brand new apartment.

Nfhe community it self is great. Very convenient to near by shopping stores and the highway . The floor plans are great depends on what you're looking for . Everything included in rent as well . Affordable price .

The value is simply astounding. A brand new apartment with all utilities included and these amenities, I feel a prayer was truly answered. The staff is simply amazing and could not have made this process easier. I am truly grateful for Helios and this entire community!

Teresa was great! I do believe Balconies in all 3 bedrooms should have been guaranteed. Is there anyway to change that? Large community and I hope visitor parking will be ideal for this community. Also hope the playground is not a simple slide and swing. Hope it's amazing for our babies
