Sufficient community for the price. Unfortunately neighbors do not respect the property as they should. Children playing in the parking lot make it very dangerous for drivers. Trash thrown in places other than the garbage cans have made the community less than attractive at times.

When I first moved in I was very happy with the community. But lately, within the last couple of years we have several people moved to the community that do not respect the area. The quality of living here has diminished greatly over the years.

Overall it has been a pleasant experience. However, the last year and a half there have been some negative changes to the community. We have experienced an increase of noise, trash, and undesirable activities during all hours of the day and night.
