Great maintenance, good location close to shops, restaurants, medical offices, etc.; and enjoyed my apartment with many windows and storage space. The noise level could be better and tenants more courteous and respectful of the environment by placing garbage where it belongs and cleaning up animals' business. Thank you

I love my end unit 1BR apt. with ample shelving and closet space. The patio looks out onto the woods. There are windows in every room. The apt. complex is in close proximity to many shops and is located off the main arteries with tree-lined streets and sidewalks to take a pleasant, scenic stroll. Landscaping could be improved and tenants need to be mindful of their neighbors with respect to blasting music and littering. As part of a community, we all need to take care of our environment. Thank you.

I've stated this many times before so I won't repeat all. When friends visit, they understand how much I love this location close to ships, hospital, etc. The apts are not on a main artery so it is relatively quiet. I only wish tenants were more considerate about litter, placing garbage inside the dumpster and not sitting in their car blasting music at all hours of the day and night. Maintenance has been prompt to remedy issues over the past 8 years. Thank you.

Great location near many shops, pharmacy, hospitals and medical offices, efficient, reliable maintenance service. There is ample closet space in the apartment and a like having a storage area inside.

I've already posted online but again, office consultants and maintenance have always been professional, courteous and accommodating. The complex is conveniently located to numerous shops, eateries, medical offices, etc. It's also a lovely neighborhood with tree-lined streets and curbs to walk. Maintenance does its best to keep premises clean. Parking in some sections is better than others but would improve if tenants would ask guests to park in overflow, not tenant spaces. As suggested before, this could be resolved by assigning numbered spaces to each tenant The 3 stars refer to issues with tenants--Please don't litter. Please keep children away from cars for their safety. The complex has playground areas. Also, please pick up after your pets. The complex provides many doggie bag dispensers. Thank you.
