Generally quiet and I've had no security issues. The unit is old and the floors squeak badly. I can hear every step my neighbors make. I've have had repeated issues with rain coming in the back door. Every time it rains, I have to leave a towel at the door.

Haven't had any issues except recurring problems with water coming inside from the back door when it rains. I also don't like that I can no longer submit work orders on line. Don't like the fact that paying rent on line now charges a fee. This should be free....
