Their like most rentals. I like the location, as its close to all major interstates and lots of supermarkets, schools and entertainment. They keep up the grounds, don'd do anything to the apartments.

Well I have lived here since 2006. Landlords changed over night at least 3x's. Rent goes up every year and while they keep up the community, they do nothing to upgrade or renovate the apartments despite yearly increases. Maintenance men are friendly and knowledgeable for the most part, however it takes them along time to get to you. I am working on getting a home, as I am aware that most Landlords are running these apartments the same.
