This community is typical of communities of this price range in Western Henrico. I love that my neighbors are from all over the world and that there are plenty of other families. I do not like that I was so unlucky to get a chain smoking downstairs neighbor rendering our balcony all but useless. It's really the luck of the draw with neighbors. However, I've had great experience with the management before and after the recent switch. The maintenance team is hardworking and friendly. Some neighbors put trash outside of the dumpster, so even though the trash truck comes 3 times a week, you may find trash sometimes. The maintenance team comes around every other day to pick up things not in the dumpster which I really believe isn't their job but I appreciate the constant efforts to keep the community clean.
