I have had a pretty negative experience with this property. Upon moving in my apartment was not move in ready and it has been hard to be compensated for everything that I went through that was unacceptable. Everyone's excuse is that the buildings are just old and there's nothing they can do. It has been very unacceptable and a lot of expenses have come because of the properties negligence and poor tenant care

I had the worst experience moving into this apartment, everything was broken or dirty. There were bugs and it smelled like a giant box of cigarettes. Terrible experience for me I don't feel like I can stay in my apartment and they are not really moving fast.
