I love the are the apartment is in and how friendly the staff are. Maintenance does come at a timely matter and is very friendly when coming to fix things. The only downfall I have is my neighbors above me, are very loud and complain at the slightest noise that is made in my apartment but is loud all the time. Other neighbors around me are really nice.

It was ok. Neighborhood is pretty quiet so far and Neighbors speak when they see you. I think the area is pretty safe. It was pretty easy to apply and did not take long to process all my information but I was also on them daily about it due to starting a new job and moving from two hours away.
