The property is littered with trash overflowing from inadequate trash dumpsters. Property has not been upgraded completely, fixtures, kitchen and bathrooms are dated as far back as the 1990s. Units are small and cramped. Maintenance turnaround time is 1-2 months. Property was purchased in 2019 by an investment corporation out of Texas and the community has deteriorated tremendously since. Fees for trash, sewage and water are the responsibility of the tenant. Rent payment is only accepted through the resident portal and fees range from $1.95 to $40 to use a debit or credit card. Parking is scarce, property lighting is poor and communication with management is by appointment only. No one answers the office phone during business hours and associates there are constantly changing. Needless to say I would steer clear of this property as the cost of rental far exceeds expectations of satisfactory living.
