the complex and management has been going down hill esp in the last 2 to 3 years. seems like more BS & "contradictions" than ever before. The owners don't seem to care about this complex so sell it !!

The new owner/management co (Pegasus) is the worst company to manage a complex or own one. Take your money and run. They five and dime you PLUS they are fee crazy plus ww should not have to PAY for certain replacement items (ex: stove burner covers).

I rather not say anything since I ( and most tenants in my section) are not that happy with the new Owners/Management Company (Pegasus) and have no respect for them. I would probally tell any new potential tenant to take your money and RUN !!
