It been up and down sometimes overall it's nice complex but some of the residents just messes up the grounds and parks anywhere leaving trash out of there cars they really need assigned parking at the townhouses because the visitors takes all the parking in front of the residents doors and that's not fair to the residents

First it wasn't good but it have improved a lot I had lots of trouble with insects all kinds when I moved in but they have fixed the problem I live in the townhouses it would be so much nicer if they had assigned parking spots because residents park wherever abd drop trash out of their cars right in front of your doorway also guest have no respect for the residents because they will park in front of your door and you come home with especially groceries you have to park so far to carry your groceries so it really would be nicer with assigned parking for the townhouses residents

Move in July 2021 had problems with bugs got no good results popcorn ceiling falling apart just have not be happy trash all over areas by door and people putting trash anywhere they choose to drop it really makes the areas look badly parking is badly no assigned parking they really need to look into that because its a headache Trying to park sometimes I really think the townhouses should have at least 2 assigned parking and guess should park in the overflow

First it was rough dealing with some issues but as for now its seem to be coming together each week so keeping my fingers cross that everything works out good because it's very important to be happy and secure where u choose to live and enjoy your life

So far all staff and residents have been very friendly apartment is nice but just had to deal with bugs bugs bugs pest control sprayed but still saw some more so I really can't rate the exact experience of the apartment as of yet

Haven't been here to say how it will be but leaved hete back in 2013 it was a great community and the noise level is good so far the residents have been very friendly and polite so hopefully everything goes good
