Office staff Bonnie did not inform us in advance that the unit we were suppose to move into was not available on date promised and wanted us to wait a week and not move into promised unit until the 13th of Octoboer. We had already made moving arrangements with uhaul and the Rent the Help movers to move in on Oct 5th to unit promised and I informed them and the dates and time could not be changed so they offered us another unit and we viewed it and had no other choice but to move to a unit different than the unit promised. We were not happy that we were not informed till the day before we were to move on October 5th the unit was now ready for us to move into. I'm not happy with the unit we are now in because every weekend I have to put up with A very strong Pot smell and we have no idea which unit on either side of us that it's coming from, we can't open front or back door to vent the smell because there's no storm door on front or back door we can open the windows but that doesn't help much. I sure hope everyone that moves in this place isn't treated this way.
