Its a decent apartment, maintenance staff is great. Maintenance requests are handled as soon as possible. Main problem is other tenants. Loud and uncourteous, people leave chairs and trash out which is against their lease and is unsightly.

Very safe community and quiet. Rent is expensive but everywhere else is as well. Parking is first come first serve, which can be very inconvenient if i get off work late. Overall, a decent place to live.
