This place was decent when it was still run by bell partners. Ever since Pegasus took over in 2020 it's become a --------. There are multiple broken lights on my building, trash everywhere all the time. Parking at the gym used to be monitored and now it's not so there's just random industrial vehicles parked here all day and night with teenagers getting on and off of them (drugs maybe?) the dryer vents haven't been cleaned in over 3 years despite photos of lint falling out of a vent and down the wall of the public breezeway being shared with management. Hell, they don't even power wash anymore - last year's pollen is still in the breezeway! Stay away.
