Stubborn maintenance manager
I requested maintenance work in my unit on 06/09/2023. However, no one showed up! I sent e.mail to the leasing office. They told me to open
I am not going to play cat & mouse game with you! You sent me the same worker with the same attitude ( no respect to a resident request) he bungled the job and wanted to leave !! When I stopped him why he didn't replace the toilet seats? He replied carelessly " we don't have bigger size !!!" Plus , I noticed he didn't do his job right for the second time ! I checked and asked him to do it again because he missed spots!! The same thing happened when he fixed the closets door!!!
I don't have time for all this headache, if you don't want to fix the stuff or you don't have professional worker, I can hire one of my own and charge you !!
You gave me a ran around !!

Good neighborhood, decent exercise gym, but some people at the leading office need more training and practice to be professional . The maintenance department needs professional manager , supervisor and workers, who take good care of residents request
