Three hours before I was supposed to get my keys to move into my unit the leasing agent called and said due to "unforeseen" circumstances I wouldn't be able to move in until 4 days later. I went up to the leasing office because to me that was not acceptable. The leasing agent was nowhere to be found for about 20 mins. Once the receptionist found her she showed me to other available units. At first she didn't know if the property manager would give them to me for the same rate as what I signed my lease for which was also concerning. After I choose a unit, the leasing agent informed me that the property manager would give it to me for $25 less than what I was originally supposed to be paying. It all ended up working out in the end, but I will say that did not give me a good first impression of this complex!
