I love my apartment. It's a nice size and has everything I need. Also, the accessibility to restaurants and stores is so convenient. My only complaints is how often things break like the elevator or gate for resident parking. I also notice the dumpsters make all around the buildings smell which is unpleasant.

Besides one issue with a maintenance request, I am very satisfied with the apartment. But I have only been here a week. But the security and location of the apartment is great and overall the staff has been very helpful.

The fact that it is right next to the metro and Harris Teeter is extremely convenient for me. The units are in decent shape, although some wear and tear. Not much problem for me with noise. There may be roaches if you don't keep your space clean, probably from Harris Teeter. Expensive, but convenient.

The Point has been great, we have been here about 6 months and the facilities are nice, the front desk staff are always friendly. The apartment is right next to Metro which is nice when we need it and the Harris Teeter is right in the building so very convenient if you forgot something crucial for dinner.

Chris was very helpful with our lease and was responsive whenever we had questions. Everyone at the Concierge desk is friendly and helpful. Avoid the young girl in the leasing office she can be rude and unhelpful. So far the maintenance has been great.

Do not rent here. Apartments are sub-par for this price point and appliances regularly fall apart. In the past 8 months my washer, disposal, air conditioning, and hot water have all ceased to function. Service requests for this critical items can take weeks to solve. There is not enough package storage space for the number of residences, and as a result, I've lost over a $1,000 dollars in items purchased online and shipped here. The office staff is also less than helpful. Your money is better spent elsewhere, and you deserve a better quality of life.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the apartment is super nice! My family who helped me move in couldn't stop talking about what an upgrade this was from my old place! The location, above a grocery store and across the street from the metro, is wonderful and my kitchen is spacious. I'm very excited about moving here

This has been a great apartment to transition into the NOVA area coming from my home state across the country. It is extremely convenient for the metro and within walking distance to the Mosaic district with a lot of shops and places to eat. It's also located above a grocery store for those with crazy schedules!

Really friendly staff and very convenient location. The building is in good condition and consistently maintained to a great standard! The staff have been very dedicated to making improvements in logistics throughout the year and it has been a fantastic experience.

Very close to the dunn loring metro station. Super convenient community. Supermarket, hair salon, restaurants and starbucks.......within 0.5 miles. This could be a wonderful place to stay if you don't have a car.

The Point of Dunn Loring or The Modera was its name before was the fanciest and when you are inside the apartment you feel like luxury in every department you are in . I mean from the pool the gym their lobby and a hall where you could have a coffe or tea and enjoy. And the Harris teeter and other establishments restaurant and the metro train and metro buses.

Apartments are nice and up to date. Location is great in proximity to groceries, food & drinks, and the metro. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues. However, there is not a useful package system in place that can accommodate the size of the apartment complex. Front desk staff can be rude and condescending. The pool area is nice when its actually open, but the pool is often dirty (leafs, bugs).

Under the prior ownership this was a great place to live. The staff were friendly, attentive to needs and proactively addressed opportunities to do better. They thought outside the box to creatively solve issues for the residents. Policies were understood to be flexible when warranted and the best interests of residents were always put first. That changed when the buildings were sold and the staff are the complete opposite.

Our experience so far has been great. The apartment is nice and we have not had any issues. Whenever we need maintenance on something, they always come within a day and go above and beyond to help fix the issue - one maintenance man even gave us a fixture from his own apartment since the maintenance room didn't have it!

So far I've had a good time living here. The neighbors are nice and I hardly ever hear any noises coming from above or below. The amenities are also nice but having moved in during covid, I haven't gotten to use them much if at all. There is also construction right outside my window but at the very least for a 1 bedroom of this size with the included amenities it was actually affordable for the area!

It's been great. Easy to move in. Super easy to report any service issues that pop up. The apartment complex is above a grocery store and close to many shops and restaurants making it very lively. A great place to live.

This apartment is a good fit for me. It is well-located near a metro and grocery store. I live on the top floor and it is quiet. My room is spacious with a den and a bedroom. The hallways are clean. The gym bikes are broken and the lobby is not frequently manned by a concierge (they are often busy and not at the desk).

This is a beautiful apartment complex! I love the gyms and how close everything is. The parking is a bit expensive but in a very guarded safe area. The staff is all super friendly, from leasing staff to maintenance.

My experience has been positive. Never had any pest issues or trouble with neighbors except that one that caused the police to arrive and was arrested. Do wish that tent didn't jump so high because we do like the place but most likely will have to look for be another place by next renewal

These apartments are NOT worth the price. Management doesn't communicate with the residents, parking is awful, the office staff often ignore complaints or respond late, the water NEVER stays hot, the apartments are cheaply made, the walls are thin, mask mandates aren't enforced in public areas, amenity gym equipment regularly breaks, the hallways and garage regularly smell like trash. The only reason to choose the complex is if you don't have a car and need to travel into tyson's regularly or need to be close to a shopping center like mosaic. If you are not restricted by location/walkability/access to metro, YOU CAN DO BETTER. And it might initially look nice but the cabinets and handles will fall off the hinges, my fridge has been broken for months, the power randomly cuts out sometimes, all of the doors in my apartment (including the front door) are lopsided and have awful drafts - there are so many issues. Please try any other place first.

It's been almost a year since I moved to my current apartment and it has been a blast. I've enjoyed all the amenities that the place had to offer. The restaurant and Starbucks righ by the building, the Harris Terter on the first floor, the metro access, the dry cleaning service, the car detail service, all have made my stay extremely convenient and pleasant. The maintenance staff completes my order requests quickly and efficiently. There was an incident when my bike was stolen from the bike room and the leasing office didn't have cameras monitoring that area and I was told to contact my renters insurance. Besides that, I have no complaints so far.

The community is generally clean, the staff is professional, and the complex is convenient to public transportation. The close proximity to Harris teeter is a plus. The rent is a little high for what you get and some common area repairs take a lot longer to fix than expected. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
